The Pender Credit Opportunities Fund will seek to achieve attractive risk-adjusted investment returns, principally through capital appreciation and income generation, by investing in a diversified portfolio of debt securities, direct loans and other debt instruments, composed primarily of stressed and distressed debt securities of publicly traded issuers.
The Pender Credit Opportunities Fund (PCOF) is a separate and distinct fund from the Pender Corporate Bond Fund (PCBF) and Pender Credit Opportunities Fund I (PCOF I) and results of the PCBF and PCOF I are not indicative of the performance of PCOF. The Pender Credit Opportunities Fund is a private, limited partnership fund and only. available to Accredited Investors who meet certain criteria.
