Cecelia Clarke

Cecelia joined Pender in March 2025 and is the Senior District Vice President in the retail sales team, responsible for sales and relationships in Northern Alberta and Manitoba.

Cecelia brings a wealth of experience to Pender, having spent the past twelve years as a Director in the investment management division of a leading Canadian insurer where she played an integral part of its successful growth. Prior to that Cecelia was Sales Director: Investment Products at a multinational financial services group. Cecelia has also worked at three of Canada’s big five banks in wholesaler and advisory positions.

Cecelia has Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge and a Finance Diploma with Honours from Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). She has completed a number of courses through the Canadian Securities Institute as well as having completed the Certified Senior Advisor program.

Cecelia has also served on the Board of Advocis in Edmonton and is a current board member of Shea-Lynn Butterfly Effect. She is passionate about giving back and has been a long-time volunteer with Junior Achievement. Cecelia enjoys travelling, reading, golf and recently learned to play the guitar.
