Derek Trudel joined Pender in April 2025 as our Vice President, National Accounts, responsible for building our Pender’s brand with investment dealer firms in Canada.
During his career, Derek has held positions at both asset management and financial advisory firms in the areas of Business Development and Investment Product.
Derek earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designations.
Outside of the office, you can find Derek cheering on his son's sports teams, exploring the outdoors and spending time with family and friends.
