Dion Steyn

Dion Steyn joined Pender as Vice-President of National Retail Sales in November 2024.

Dion has been in the industry for over 35 years spanning two continents with leadership roles in both South Africa and Canada. He brings a wealth of sales and leadership experience in the retail advisor channel to Pender. Most recently, Dion led teams in BC and Western Canada for two leading national financial institutions where he built and led high-performing retail sales teams.

He obtained his MBA from Edinburgh Business School and is a licensed Chartered Investment Manager.

In his free time, Dion enjoys staying active. He is an avid squash player and recently caught the pickleball bug. He is also a world traveler and small business entrepreneur.
