“Markets always overshoot on the upside and what we are seeing now is markets overshooting on the downside…The reality is that there are good companies out there and there are bad companies and when we’re looking through these tech businesses, a lot of these companies are being priced [on the assumption that] they’re not going to make it, but we think in that sub-set of companies there are some very high quality businesses that are going to grow and kick out profits.”
