Lynn Frazer

Lynn has been a Venture Partner since 2018 and joined Pender in April 2022 as Chief People Officer.

Lynn has over 25 years’ experience in human resources management across private, public, and private equity held organizations working with leadership teams to ensure organizational and talent strategies align to deliver company’s objectives. As the head of the Human Resources group at autoTRADER.ca, Lynn led the human resources strategy through periods of growth and restructuring as the business evolved from its roots in traditional print media to one of Canada’s premier digital brands and software solutions provider to automotive dealerships.

 Lynn holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
